We ship all our orders via Royal Mails within 1-3 days. Custom plush toys are shipped between few days and 2-3 weeks. Depending on the class selected, this may take from 1 to 4 working days.

You will recicve an email confirmation once your order is shipped with Royal Mail tracking code.

Love my soft toy but can I exchange it?
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not happy with your soft toy for any reason when you receive it, we will replace it or you can return it for full refund within 30 days. Custom or personalised plush toys can’t be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective. Email us at maua@mauagang.com

Every Maua Gang toy is 100% handmade. All small details such as eyes, nose, patches, tongues are sewn by hand.

All our products are designed and handmade in our studio in South London, UK.
Maua Gang plush toys are machine washable on low temperature and gentle cycle. Make sure to air-dry your toy to keep it in the best condition.
We wrap all our orders in a special Maua Gang tissue paper and put them in a beautifully designed box. There is an option to add a personalised message, just type your message when you choose your toy. It is the best choice when you would like to directly send a gift to your loved ones.

Our Guarantee
We offer free repair of any split seams and re-stuffing all your Maua Gang toys who have lost their shape. This is our Maua Gang toy life insurance.
Once your toys are received Dr Maua starts treatment and we promise that you will have them back within a week.
All we ask is that you pay for postage.
We make sure that our toys are made to the highest standards and most likely you will not need Dr Maua’s service.
